The workshop “Relational Values and Nature: Implications for Science and Policy” on Classification of values of Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services is co-organized by BC3, Basque Centre for Climate Change under the supervision of the Senior Programme Specialist for Scientific Assessments including IPBES, and in the framework of UNESCO’s.

The European Capital of Culture 2016 (San Sebastian), represents an enormous opportunity to turn the focus on culture and dialogue as the roads towards improved coexistence. It will also promote stronger ties with the rest of Europe and foster innovation in the cultural sector.

The Workshop is to be held at the Talent House building. It was built by Fomento de San Sebastián with the aim of facilitating the arrival of the top-level researchers who come to our city for the first time to carry out research work at one of the local R&D Agents.

The workshop is to be held from the 30th of May until the 1st of June 2016
